Tap Where Needed
The story
goes like this:
A small factory had
to stop its operation when
a machine broke down.
Nobody could fix it,
so an expert was called.
He simply took his
trusty hammer + tapped
the machine at a
certain spot.
Immediately it
began running again.
But, when he submitted
his bill for $1000.00,
the supervisor hit the roof.
“A thousand dollars for
just tapping?” he asked.
“No,”
said the man.
“One dollar for tapping,
AND $999.00 for knowing
where to tap!”
And there
you have it.
If we want to meet
people’s needs, we have to
know where to tap!
Where are
you “tapping”
at the
moment?
Is it
working?
I value
you + your views,
so let’s
communicate!
