Soak or Sink?

Did you know that 

when you place a sponge 

in the ocean, the water 

alters the very essence 

of its being?

It’s so transformative.

Not so with a rock.

When a rock is submerged,

it sinks + though its 

surface gets all wet, 

the interior stays 

solid + dry.

My point?

Given all the life affirming 

things we’re surrounded by, 

it’s easy to soak in or soak up.

So what would you 

rather do?

Soak or sink?!
