Finding Sati
Though life can be
cray cray on any
given day day, there’s
always a pasture of
contentment we can
learn to enjoy.
When we become more
attentive + order ourselves
to be in the moment,
this is when we find Sati.
(Pronounced: sah-tee: It’s Sanskrit.)
Discovering a mindful
awareness of the present
can be healing + revealing.
It’s not a mission, either.
We don’t have to chase Sati.
Sati is always right
before our eyes.
We just need to embrace a
more curious nature + discover
being okay just being.
Enlightenment usually follows.
So, claim or reclaim some
inner peace + contentment.
Finding Sati is easy
AND it’s worth it.
What kind of insight
do you use to embrace
contentment?
I value you + your views,
so let’s communicate!
