Dear Stress... 





Do yourself a favour.



End your relationship with stress.


 

Be deliberate.



Stop the strain in your drain.



Refuse to worry and what-if 

yourself into anxiety.



Be intentional about 

relieving the pressure 

that’s causing all your tension.

 


Do what ever is necessary –

…to rise above the stress level 

that you’re allowing to limit you.



Because you’re the only one who can.



And remember…


STRESSED"  is "DESSERTS"

spelled backwards.


So eat a bit of cake!
